Schedule 1 Amendments of Customs Act

Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(1) In this Act, a reference to the Collector, or to a Collector, is a reference to:

(a) the Comptroller-General of Customs; or

(b) any officer doing duty in the matter in relation to which the expression is used.
