(a) the Fair Work Commission (within the meaning of the Fair Work Act 2009); or (b) the Fair Work Ombudsman (within the meaning of that Act) |
(a) is of information that relates to the jobkeeper scheme (within the meaning of the Coronavirus Economic Response Package (Payments and Benefits) Rules 2020); and (b) is for the purpose of administering the Fair Work Act 2009. |
