A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Act 1999

30   Section 57GH

Repeal the section, substitute:

57GH Simplified outline of this Division

Individuals may lose family assistance if they:

(a) are the subject of an arrest warrant in respect of a serious violent or sexual offence; or

(b) might prejudice the security of Australia or a foreign country.
