How it affects the motor vehicle repair industry
PPS Bulletin Number 6 is withdrawn with effect from today.
1. PPS Bulletin Number 6 explains what a prescribed payment is and how the Prescribed Payments System (PPS) affects the motor vehicle repair industry.
2. The Pay As You Go withholding system came into effect from 1 July 2000 and replaced the PPS. The PPS ceased to apply to the motor vehicle repair industry from that date.
3. PPS Bulletin Number 6 is no longer current and does not apply to the motor vehicle repair industry after 1 July 2000.
