Division 2.5A - Information about superannuation interest subject to payment split  

REGULATION 2.36B   APPLICATION  

2.36B(1)   [ Application of Division ]  

This Division applies to:

(a) a regulated superannuation fund; and

(b) an approved deposit fund.

2.36B(2)   [ Operating standards ]  

For subsections 31(1) and 32(1) of the Act, a requirement of this Division is a standard applicable to the operation of the fund.
