REGULATION 14.39   AMENDMENTS MADE BY THE TREASURY LAWS AMENDMENT (MISCELLANEOUS AND TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS) REGULATIONS 2025  

14.39(1)    
The amendment of subregulation 6.21(2A) made by Part 4 of Schedule 1 to the Treasury Laws Amendment (Miscellaneous and Technical Amendments) Regulations 2025 applies if the member died or dies on or after 1 January 2024.

14.39(2)    
The amendment of subregulation 6.21(2B) made by Part 4 of Schedule 1 to the Treasury Laws Amendment (Miscellaneous and Technical Amendments) Regulations 2025 applies if the earlier of the days mentioned in paragraphs 6.21(2B)(a) and (b) occurred or occurs on or after 1 January 2024.
