10.2.146(1)   [ Application]  

For section 1444 of the Act, this regulation applies in relation to a regulated principal.

10.2.146(2)   [ Stock market of a securities exchange]  

A reference in the definition of marketable parcel in section 761 of the old Corporations Act to a stock market of a securities exchange includes a licensed market for securities.

10.2.146(3)   [ Business]  

A reference in the definition of marketable parcel in section 761 of the old Corporations Act to the relevant business rules of a stock market of a securities exchange includes the relevant operating rules of a licensed market for securities.
