CCH Note: Regulation 7.9.63G is modified by the ASIC Corporations (Confirming Transactions - Deceased Life Insurance Policyholder) Instrument 2023/437.
For paragraph 1017F(8)(d) of the Act, this regulation applies in relation to the confirmation of a transaction that is the disposal of a financial product.
7.9.63G(2)
The confirmation must include the amount paid or payable to the holder as a result of the disposal.
