SECTION 17BG   ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR PRESCRIBED CORPORATE COMMONWEALTH ENTITIES  

17BG(1)    
This section applies in relation to a corporate Commonwealth entity that is prescribed under section 30 .

17BG(2)    
The annual report for a reporting period for the corporate Commonwealth entity must include an assessment of the entity ' s performance during the period against the Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
