SECTION 27
FEES FOR APPLICATIONS TO THE PRESIDENT
Standard application fee
27(1)
The fee of $ 1,121 is prescribed in respect of an application under section 123 of the Act to the President to refer a decision of the Tribunal to the guidance and appeals panel (other than an application referred to in section 30 of this instrument).
Fee in concessional circumstances
27(2)
However, the fee of $ 100 is prescribed instead of the amount referred to in subsection (1) if any of the circumstances in subsection 29(1) exist.
