Insert:

165 Amendments made by the Customs Amendment (Renewal of Warehouse Licences) Regulations 2025

Section 36, as in force immediately before the commencement of Part 14 of Schedule 1 to the Customs Amendment (Strengthening and Modernising Licensing and Other Measures) Act 2024, continues to apply on and after that commencement in relation to an application made under subsection 84(1) of the Customs Act 1901 before that commencement.
