SECTION 795C  

795C   PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF LICENCE GRANT  

If the Minister grants an Australian market licence, the Minister must publish a notice in the Gazette stating:

(a) the name of the licensee; and

(b) when the licence was granted; and

(c) the conditions on the licence.
