SECTION 824C  

824C   PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF LICENCE GRANT  

If the Minister grants an Australian CS facility licence, the Minister must publish a notice in the Gazette stating:

(a)    the name of the licensee; and

(b)    the date on which the licence was granted; and

(c)    the conditions on the licence.
