SECTION 824C  

824C   PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF LICENCE GRANT  

If ASIC grants an Australian CS facility licence, ASIC must publish a notice on ASIC ' s website that includes:

(a)    the name of the licensee; and

(b)    

when the licence was granted; and

(c)    the conditions on the licence.
