Addendum

The applicant has requested that the deadline set down in PR 2000/112 be extended from 31 March 2001 to 15 April 2001. The Applicant has provided supporting documentation to show all services that are to be provided to Growers by 30 June 2001 can be completed if applications are accepted up to 15 April 2001.

At paragraphs 24, 51, 52 and 54 delete 31 March 2001 and replace with 15 April 2001.
