Addendum

The applicant has requested that the date set down in PR 2001/52 by which the minimum subscription is to be achieved be extended from 11 May 2001 to 25 May 2001. The Applicant has provided supporting documentation advising that minimum subscription is to be achieved by 25 May 2001.

At paragraphs 28 and 61, delete:

11 May 2001.

and replace with:

25 May 2001.

At paragraph 14, delete:

and replace with:
