Addendum

The applicant has requested that the deadline set down in PR 2001/1 be extended. The Applicant has confirmed that they will not accept applications into the Project unless all services that are to be provided to Growers by 30 June 2001 can be completed in the required timeframe.

At paragraph 15, add:

Additional correspondence dated 8 May 2001, 9 May 2001, 11 May 2001 and 17 May 2001;

At paragraph 20, delete:

Growers wishing to participate in the Project during the 2000/2001 income year must apply by 31 May 2001. Applications received after this date will commence participation in the Project in the 2001/2002 income year.

and replace with:

Growers wishing to participate in the Project during the 2000/2001 income year ('2001 Growers') must apply by 31 May 2001. From 1 June 2001 Plantation Equity Services Ltd will be monitoring on a daily basis its ability to complete all of the Initial Services by 30 June 2001 and will not execute agreements for any Timber Lots where it is reasonably apparent that they will not be able to do so. In such cases, applications of Growers will be executed on or after 1 July 2001 and Growers will commence participation in the Project in the 2001/2002 income year ('2002 Growers').
