Addendum

The applicant has requested that the deadline set down in PR 2001/49 for Grower Category 1 be extended from 8 June 2001 to 23 June 2001. The Applicant has confirmed that all services that are to be provided to Growers by 30 June 2001 can be completed if applications are accepted up to 23 June 2001. After 23 June 2001 applications will only be accepted for Grower Category 1 if the First Period Services can be provided by 30 June 2001.

Add paragraph 20.1

The Manager will only accept and execute agreements for Grower Category 1 investors who lodge applications between 24 June 2001 and 30 June 2001 where the First Period Services are capable of being completed by 30 June 2001. The Manager will be monitoring on a daily basis, its ability to complete the First Period Services by 30 June 2001. In cases where the Manager will not be able to complete the First Period Services by 30 June 2001, Growers applications will be executed on or after 1 July 2001 and Growers will commence participation in the Project as Grower Category 2.
