Addendum

Product Ruling PR 2002/34 is amended with effect from today.

The Applicant has requested that the period for accepting Growers into the Project for the year ended 30 June 2002 be extended from 31 May 2002 to 19 June 2002. The Applicant has confirmed that they will not accept applications into the Project unless all services that are to be provided to Growers by 30 June 2002 can be completed in the required timeframe.

At paragraph 14, delete the dot point:

•

Correspondence between the Australian Taxation Office and the Applicant dated 19 February 2002, 27 February 2002, 6 March 2002, 8 March 2002, 11 March 2002, 15 March 2002, 19 March 2002, 20 March 2002, 21 March 2002 and 22 March 2002.

and replace with:

•

At paragraph 14, add the following dot points under the above dot point:

Draft Supplementary Constitution for the ARA Forestry Project received by the Australian Taxation Office on 4 June 2002;

•

Draft Supplementary Prospectus for the ARA Forestry Project received by the Australian Taxation Office on 4 June 2002; and

•

Amended Project Management Agreement for the ARA Forestry Project received by the Australian Taxation Office on 4 June 2002.

At paragraphs 48 and 52, delete:

and replace with:

19 June 2002

At paragraphs 22, 29, 48 and 52, delete:

1 June 2002

and replace with:

20 June 2002
