Erratum

This Erratum amends Product Ruling PR 2003/40 to correct the issue date of the Ruling in the Commissioner of Taxation block after paragraph 142 to reflect the 2003 year.

PR 2003/40 is corrected as follows:

Omit the issue date after paragraph 142:

'4 June 2002'

Substitute with:

'4 June 2003'.
