Addendum

This Addendum amends Product Ruling PR 2003/10 to clarify the time period to elect to pay Annual Fees in all or any year as specified in the Draft Memorandum (Management Agreement Provisions) for the ITC Pulpwood Project 2003.

PR 2003/10 is amended as follows:

Paragraph 41

Omit '31 October'; and substitute with 'or prior to 31 May'.

This Addendum applies from 24 April 2003.
