Addendum

This Addendum amends Product Ruling PR 2004/72 to reflect that the Applicant has extended the closing date to reach the minimum subscription of 45 Units from 31 July 2004 to 30 September 2004.

PR 2004/72 is amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 14, first dot point

Omit '22 January 2004' and substitute with '22 January 2004 and 16 July 2004'.

2. Paragraph 21

Omit '31 July 2004' and substitute with '30 September 2004'.

3. Paragraph 69

Omit '31 July 2004' and substitute with '30 September 2004'.

This Addendum applies on and from 28 July 2004.
