Addendum

This Addendum amends Product Ruling PR 2004/66 to:

(i)

replace Heydon Park Ltd as the Responsible Entity with Australian Hardwood Management Limited;

(ii)

remove the Firewood Supply and Purchase Agreement from the Arrangement; and

(iii)

introduce an Operational Management Agreement into the Project.

PR 2004/66 is amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 14

(a).

In the fourth, fifth, and sixth dot points omit, 'Heydon Park Ltd' and substitute with 'Australian Hardwood Management Ltd'.

(b).

Omit the seventh dot point and substitute with:

'Draft Operational Management Agreement - Australasian Firewood Project No. 1 between Australian Hardwood Management Limited (the 'Responsible Entity') and Ausforest Management Pty Ltd (the 'Operational Manager') received by the ATO under covering email dated 17 August 2004;'

2. Paragraph 19

Omit, 'Heydon Park Ltd' and substitute with 'Australian Hardwood Management Ltd'.

3. Paragraph 27

Omit the paragraph.

4. Paragraph 44

Omit, 'Heydon Park Ltd' and substitute with 'Australian Hardwood Management Ltd'.

5. Paragraph 46

Omit 'Heydon Park Ltd' and substitute with 'Australian Hardwood Management Ltd'.

This Addendum applies on and from 25 August 2004.
