Addendum
This Addendum is a public ruling for the purposes of the Taxation Administration Act 1953. It amends Class Ruling CR 2021/90 to reflect the delay in launching a new payroll system. This system, initially intended to launch prior to 31 December 2022, is now expected to launch in 2023.
CR 2021/90 is amended as follows:
Omit the words '31 December 2022'; substitute '30 June 2023'.
This Addendum applies from 16 November 2022.
