Erratum

This Erratum is a public ruling for the purposes of the Taxation Administration Act 1953. It corrects Class Ruling CR 2025/67 to amend a typographical error.

CR 2025/67 is corrected as follows:

1. Paragraph 62

Omit '(25 August 2005); substitute '(25 August 2025)'.

This Erratum applies from 1 October 2025.
