Addendum

This Addendum is a public ruling for the purposes of the Taxation Administration Act 1953. It amends Product Ruling PR 2025/17 to clarify the date of effect.

PR 2025/17 is amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 7

After 'Commencement Date', insert 'occurring'.

This Addendum applies from 10 December 2025.
