REVOCATION OR VARIATION OF UNDERTAKING
A person who has given an undertaking in accordance with section 267 or 268 may, with the approval of the Comptroller-General of Customs, revoke or vary that undertaking.
A person who has given an undertaking in accordance with section 267 or 268 may, with the approval of the Comptroller-General of Customs, revoke or vary that undertaking.
