FUNCTIONS OF THE FORUM
The Forum has the following functions:
(a) to advise the Minister on the operation of Part XVB and of the Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Act 1975 ;
(b) to advise the Minister on improvements that could be made to that Part or Act.
