Customs Act 1901
If this Act requires or permits information (including information in the form of particular words) to be entered into or transmitted by a computer (however described), the information may be entered into or transmitted by the computer in an encoded form chosen by: (a) except in relation to subsection 273L(2) - the Comptroller-General of Customs; or (b) in relation to subsection 273L(2) - the Home Affairs Secretary within the meaning of section 273L .
