SECTION 15YND
Defendants
'
access to video or audio recordings
(1)
If a record prepared under subsections 15YNB(1) and (2) includes a video or audio recording, neither: (a) the defendants in the new proceeding; nor (b) their legal representatives in the new proceeding;
(2)
However, they must be given reasonable access to the recording in order to view or listen to it.
