PART 3 - GENERAL RULES RELATING TO ESTATE ADMINISTRATIONSThe Insolvency Practice Rules may provide for and in relation to the review by the Inspector-General of a bill of costs for services provided by a person in relation to the administration of a regulated debtor ' s estate.

Without limiting subsection (1) , the Insolvency Practice Rules may provide for and in relation to: (a) the application for the review (including who may apply); and (b) the powers available to the Inspector-General in relation to the review; and (c) the provision of information or documents to the Inspector-General for the purposes of the review; and (d) the decisions that may be made by the Inspector-General in relation to the review; and (e) the notification of decisions made by the Inspector-General; and (f) the consideration of the decisions made by the Inspector-General in relation to the review by the Court.
