The court may, at any stage of the proceedings, grant an injunction restraining the defendant from invading the plaintiff ' s privacy.

If the invasion of privacy involves publishing information that relates to the plaintiff, the court must have particular regard to the public interest in the publication of the information when considering whether to grant the injunction.
