SECTION 896 MONEY CONSTITUTING FIDELITY FUND 896 The fidelity fund of a securities exchange shall consist of: (a) in the case of a fidelity fund established after the commencement of this Part, any amount that is paid to the credit of the fund by the securities exchange on the establishment of the fund; (b) contributions that members pay to the securities exchange under section 902; (ba) money paid into the fidelity fund under section 904; (c) the interest on money invested by the securities exchange under Part 7.8; (d) the interest and profits from time to time accruing from the investment of the fidelity fund; (e) money paid into the fidelity fund by the securities exchange; (f) money recovered by or on behalf of the securities exchange in the exercise of a right of action conferred by this Part; (g) money paid by an insurer under a contract of insurance or indemnity entered into by the securities exchange under section 917; and (h) any other money lawfully paid into the fund.This information is provided by CCH Australia Limited Link opens in new window.
