SECTION 81   ALL FUNDS - MARKET VALUE RATIO FOR THE 1998-99 YEAR OF INCOME AND THE 1999-2000 YEAR OF INCOME  

81(1)   [ Application of section ]  

This section applies to a regulated superannuation fund.

81(2)   [ Market value ratio ]  

The market value ratio of the fund's in-house assets as at the end of:

(a) the fund's 1998-99 year of income; or

(b) the fund's 1999-2000 year of income;

must not exceed 10 % .
