SECTION 105.1A   State terrorist acts  

(1)    
A reference in this Division to a terrorist act includes a reference to a state terrorist act.

(2)    
Section 100.4 , to the extent it relates to this Division, does not apply in relation to a terrorist act that is a state terrorist act.
