S 105.2(1) amended by No 96 of 2023, s 3 and Sch 2 items 43-45, by omitting " or of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) " before " ; or " from para (b), substituting " superior court. " for " superior court; or " in para (d)(ii) and repealing para (e), effective 25 November 2023. Para (e) formerly read:

(e) a person who:

(i) holds an appointment to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal as President or Deputy President; and

(ii) is enrolled as a legal practitioner of a federal court or of the Supreme Court of a State or Territory; and

(iii) has been enrolled for at least 5 years.
