Schedule 4   AMENDMENTS OF THE SUPERANNUATION INDUSTRY (SUPERVISION) ACT 1993

9   Section 10 (after the definition of value)

Insert:

"written custody requirements means the written requirements referred to in subparagraph 26(1)(b)(iii).".
