Schedule 5 AMENDMENTS OF THE SUPERANNUATION (RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS) ACT 1993

Omit the subsection, substitute:

"(1) The Tribunal consists of a Chairperson, a Deputy Chairperson and not fewer than 7 nor more than 10 other members.".
