Schedule 5   AMENDMENTS OF THE SUPERANNUATION (RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS) ACT 1993

14   After subsection 7(2)

Insert:

"(2A) The Tribunal Deputy Chairperson is to be appointed by the Governor-General and holds office on a full-time basis.".
