Schedule 5   AMENDMENTS OF THE SUPERANNUATION (RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS) ACT 1993

55   Subsection 25(2)

(a) Omit "believe that the trustee", substitute "believe that the person whose decision or conduct, or whose representative's conduct, was complained of".

(b) Omit "to the trustee", substitute "to the person".

(c) Omit "require the trustee", substitute "require the person".
