Schedule 5 AMENDMENTS OF THE SUPERANNUATION (RESOLUTION OF COMPLAINTS) ACT 1993

(a) Omit "the trustee concerned", substitute "a particular party to the complaint".

(b) Omit "who made the complaint", substitute "who provided the information or document to the Tribunal".
