SECTION 13AA  

13AA   WHEN GOODS ARE SINGAPOREAN ORIGINATING GOODS  
For the purposes of this Act, goods are Singaporean originating goods if, and only if, they are Singaporean originating goods under Division 1BA of Part VIII of the Customs Act 1901 .
