SECTION 13CA  

13CA   WHEN GOODS ARE PERUVIAN ORIGINATING GOODS  
For the purposes of this Act, goods are Peruvian originating goods if, and only if, they are Peruvian originating goods under Division 1EA of Part VIII of the Customs Act 1901 .
