SECTION 13F  

13F   WHEN GOODS ARE MALAYSIAN ORIGINATING GOODS  
For the purposes of this Act, goods are Malaysian originating goods if, and only if, they are Malaysian originating goods under Division 1H of Part VIII of the Customs Act 1901 .
