SECTION 13G  

13G   WHEN GOODS ARE KOREAN ORIGINATING GOODS  
For the purposes of this Act, goods are Korean originating goods if, and only if, they are Korean originating goods under Division 1J of Part VIII of the Customs Act 1901 .
