13GA
WHEN GOODS ARE INDIAN ORIGINATING GOODS
For the purposes of this Act, goods are Indian originating goods if, and only if, they are Indian originating goods under Division 1JA of Part VIII of the Customs Act 1901 .
For the purposes of this Act, goods are Indian originating goods if, and only if, they are Indian originating goods under Division 1JA of Part VIII of the Customs Act 1901 .
