WHEN GOODS ARE JAPANESE ORIGINATING GOODS
For the purposes of this Act, goods are Japanese originating goods if, and only if, they are Japanese originating goods under Division 1K of Part VIII of the Customs Act 1901 .
For the purposes of this Act, goods are Japanese originating goods if, and only if, they are Japanese originating goods under Division 1K of Part VIII of the Customs Act 1901 .
