SECTION 13K  

13K   WHEN GOODS ARE HONG KONG ORIGINATING GOODS  
For the purposes of this Act, goods are Hong Kong originating goods if, and only if, they are Hong Kong originating goods under Division 1M of Part VIII of the Customs Act 1901 .
