Taxation Administration Act 1953

228   Subsection 13L(1) (paragraphs (a) and (b) of the definition of financial institution)

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

(a) a body corporate that is an ADI (authorised deposit-taking institution) for the purposes of the Banking Act 1959; and

(b) a co-operative housing society; and
