SECTION 36F   RESTRUCTURE APPROVALS - NOTICE OF DECISION  

36F(1)    
If the Minister issues a restructure approval, the Minister must give a copy of the approval to the operating body and to APRA.

36F(2)    
If the Minister refuses to issue a restructure approval, the Minister must give written notice of the refusal to the operating body and to APRA. The notice must include a statement of the reasons why the approval was refused.
