SECTION 36J  

36J   RESTRUCTURE INSTRUMENTS - LEGAL EFFECT  
A restructure instrument gives relief, in accordance with the instrument, from the requirements of the Corporations Act 2001 specified in the instrument.

Note:

Section 36G specifies the requirements of the Corporations Act 2001 that may be covered by the instrument.
